To do this, he gets you very pleasantly relaxed in a comfortable chair using imagery and the power of your imagination, and helps you find the “levers” which control your own internal processes. The aim is always to put you in control of your own thoughts, feelings and behaviours.
Pain, IBS, allergies, asthma and other health issues connected to stress can also be helped by this gentle, integrative mind-body therapy, in a natural way which doesn’t rely on drugs or devices.
